The SERRMAC TCS series is undoubtedly the highlight of the SERRMAC program.
In the expansion stages up to the CNC machine (AUTOMAX-CNC), it covers almost all drilling and milling operations. The construction with the cross table adjustable in 2 levels at a competitive price-performance ratio is unique.
The SERRMAC TCS-TC is a combination of the drilling / milling head of the R 45 series in connection with a solid cast stand and adjustable flat guides.
The integrated cross table, which can be swiveled into 2 levels, enables problem-free approach to drilling and milling positions in almost all coordinates.
With the MK4 SERRMAC milling tools, tool changes can be carried out ergonomically and quickly directly on the spindle nose. (Optional ISO 40 DIN 2080).
In conjunction with a spindle stroke of 230 mm (option) and the vertically adjustable cross table, the machine can even be used for simple deep hole drilling operations.
The TCS is ideal for metalworking, prototype construction, maintenance and all users who want to combine milling and drilling tasks in one machine for space and investment reasons.
In addition to the recommended TCS-TC-VR with high-torque countershaft and extended speed range, the machine is also available with a manual gearbox (CI) or frequency-controlled speed (E).
